Do you mount TVs on all wall types?
Yes — we work with plasterboard, dot‑and‑dab, solid brick, and stud walls. Before any installation, we assess the wall structure to ensure the correct fixings and method are used for a safe, long‑lasting result.
Can you mount my TV above a fireplace?
Absolutely. We regularly install TVs above electric fires, media walls, and existing fireplaces. We’ll check heat clearance, cable routing, and wall structure to make sure everything is safe and compliant.
Do I need to supply my own bracket?
Not unless you want to. We offer Install Only if you already have a bracket, or you can choose one of our packages where a premium bracket is included.
What size TVs can you mount?
We install TVs up to 90″ as standard. If you have something larger or unusually heavy, just let us know — we can accommodate specialist installs too.
Will you hide the cables?

Yes — depending on the package you choose:

  • Install Only / Bronze: uses your existing cabling

  • Silver: includes tidy surface trunking

  • Gold: hides all cables inside the wall with a new power socket installed by our electrician

You can choose the finish that suits your home.

Do you provide the cables?
Yes — Silver and Gold include all essential cabling (HDMI, Cat6, Coax, power extension). If you need longer runs or specialist cables, we can supply those too.
How long does the installation take?
Most installations take 1–2 hours, depending on the package and wall type. Gold Tier installs take longer due to wall chasing and electrical work.
Are you insured?
Yes — we’re fully insured, and all work is guaranteed. Your home, your TV, and your installation are protected from start to finish.
Can you install a new power socket behind the TV?
Yes — this is included in the Gold Tier and carried out by our qualified electrician.
Do I need to be home during the installation?
Yes — someone over 18 needs to be present to confirm positioning and sign off the installation.
What fixings do you use?
We never use standard out-of-the-box plugs. We use industrial-grade Fischer or Corefix anchors specifically chosen for your wall type (Solid, Stud, or Dot-and-Dab) to ensure a 100% safe, permanent fit.
How soon can you install my TV?
We typically offer appointments within 2–5 working days, depending on availability. If you need something sooner, just ask — we’ll always try to help.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes — all installations come with a full workmanship guarantee. If anything needs adjusting, we’re reachable 5 days a week.
