We don’t rush quality. Our two-stage installation ensures your media wall is structurally sound, professionally finished, and perfectly calibrated.

Stage 1: The Build (Days 1–3)

Our specialist team handles the heavy lifting.

Stage 2: The Drying Period (2–3 Days)

To ensure a flawless finish, we allow the plaster to dry naturally. Once this time has passed, this is the perfect window for you to apply your choice of paint or wallpaper to match your room’s decor.

Once your wall is decorated, we return for the “Wow” moment.

    Do I need to buy the electric fire and TV myself?

    We can work either way! Most customers prefer to choose their own TV and fireplace to suit their budget, and we build the wall to those exact dimensions. However, if you’d like us to handle everything, we can recommend and source TV’s & high-quality panoramic fires for you as an additional extra to your chosen package.

    What size electric fire do I need for my TV?

    For the best visual balance, we recommend a fireplace that is slightly wider than your TV. As a general rule:

    • For a 55” TV: We recommend a 1500mm – 1600mm wide panoramic fire.
    • For a 65” TV: We recommend an 1800mm – 1900mm wide panoramic fire.

    During your survey, we can show you photos of both configurations to help you decide which “scale” looks best in your specific room.

    Can you move my existing sockets and aerial points?

    Yes, absolutely. Our Stage 1 build includes a qualified electrician who handles all the “first-fix” work. We’ll move your existing power, aerial, and data points so they are hidden directly behind your equipment for a completely cable-free look.

    How much depth will the media wall take up in my room?

    Typically, a standard media wall takes up between 300mm and 400mm of floor space depending on your choice of fire. During your free survey, we’ll help you choose a depth that fits your fireplace and tech while ensuring the room still feels spacious.

    Does the price include painting and decorating?

    To ensure you get the exact colour match or wallpaper finish you want, we leave the wall “paint-ready” after Stage 1.

    Most customers prefer to do the painting themselves or use their own decorator after the 2–3 day drying period before we return for the final fit.

    Is my wall strong enough to hold a large TV?

    Yes. We don’t just “hang” the TV; we build a reinforced timber framework specifically designed to support the weight of modern TV’s. Your tech is 100% secure.

    What happens if I want to upgrade my TV in the future?

    We design our recesses with a bit of future-proofing in mind. However, because our walls are bespoke timber constructions, they can be modified later if you decide to go significantly larger.
