I responded to the website and sent over details of the issues I faced; the response was that being 13 miles away, I was … More out of the area. When looking for help, being advised to see yellow pages was not what I expected. With so many good reviews, this was a disappointment. As any advice on the issue would have been appreciated. Just make sure you are very local.
